IN SILICO STUDY OF APTAMER SPECIFICITY FOR DETECTION OF ADENOSINE TRIPHOSPHATE (ATP) AS BIOSENSOR DEVELOPMENT FOR MITOCHONDRIA DIABETES DIAGNOSIS

Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is characterized by increased blood glucose levels. It generally caused the pancreas' inability to produce insulin due cell damage or resistance. Due inhibition of adenosine triphosphate (ATP) production, which essential for secretion, one clinical pathology this complication secretion dysfunction. Common methods sugar diagnostics cannot distinguish mitochondrial diabetes and can lead medication errors. Furthermore, an approach was developed through ATP biomarkers using electrochemical biosensor with help aptamer. However, it remains unknown precisely how where molecular interactions between modified aptamer occur.
